Going to my very first facial I was nervous. Vivienne made me feel comfortable. I had an amazing facial expression with Vivienne she spoke me through step by step with everything explained what the cream and other products would do to my skin I felt relaxed during my facial. When I first arrived, Viv greeted me so kindly and made me feel really welcome. The clinic was beautiful and had such a calm, relaxing vibe. It was my first time getting a facial and eyebrow wax, and Viv was amazing, so professional and friendly. She took the time to explain each step and the benefits before starting, which I really appreciated. She shaped my eyebrows exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier.
