Going to my very first facial I was nervous. Vivienne made me feel comfortable. I had an amazing facial expression with Vivienne she spoke me through step by step with everything explained what the cream and other products would do to my skin I felt relaxed during my facial. When I first arrived, Viv greeted me so kindly and made me feel really welcome. The clinic was beautiful and had such a calm, relaxing vibe. It was my first time getting a facial and eyebrow wax, and Viv was amazing, so professional and friendly.
